Transatlantic flying

I hate flying from Europe to America. Everything from the boarding to the baggage claim is uncivilized. An article in the New York Times calls an airport terminal "one of the most notoriously pushy environments there is." (see left) I agree. Although I don't hold out much hope for improvement, it's nice to know that some people are trying to make the process better.
